Privacy notice
Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), we explain which data we process on this website and why.
Data controller
The data controller is SunDreams Solarium. Contact: iletisim@sundreamssolaryum.com.
Booking form
Data processed: your full name, phone number, optionally your email address, the branch and device you choose, your preferred day and time, and your note.
Purpose: to receive your booking request, call you to confirm the appointment and contact you about your request.
Legal basis: KVKK Article 5/2-c (necessary to enter into a contract) and the consent you give in the form.
The form is sent to our branch by email, using an email service provider.
AI assistant
Messages you write to the assistant are sent to Anthropic PBC (USA) so that an answer can be generated. This may mean personal data is transferred abroad, so please do not share personal details such as your name, phone number or health information with the assistant.
Our server keeps chat records without message content: the time, browser information and an irreversibly hashed IP address. These records are kept for 90 days to prevent misuse and monitor the service.
Site usage measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure which pages are visited and how contact steps such as phone, WhatsApp and the booking form are used. The name and phone number you enter in the form are not sent to Google. Measurement data may be transferred to Google LLC servers abroad. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings; see the cookie policy for details.
Who has access
Booking requests reach only the relevant branch team. Our web agency (DijitalPi), hosting and email providers process data only to provide these services and on our instructions.
Retention
Booking requests are deleted within a reasonable time after the appointment and any follow-up questions, subject to legal retention obligations.
Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, learn who it was shared with and object to processing.
